Holding Data.

Personal details will be retained for 12 months after membership ends or is not renewed before being deleted. Membership is deemed to have ended on 28th February each year.

Parental written consent is required for junior members.

You may request details of your personal information we hold about you and a copy will be sent by writing to Ticket Secretary on our website address, if you believe any information we hold for you is incorrect or incomplete please contact the above and it will be promptly corrected.
